“Two Bowls, Both Alike in Dignity”

Indecision is the combination of being temporarily brain dead and equal parts greed – because you just want it all and can’t decide which one. Indecision of course is then proportionately compounded when there are two in the discussion – “Do we want this or that tonight for dinner – I can’t decide.” “I don’t know, they both sound awesome. What do you want?” “Let’s go with this one.” “Really, no, I don’t want that…” Al-righty, then let’s do both in spite of it all. Sharing plates across two variations of the same dish is entertaining and equally satisfying, and you’re sure to keep “ancient grudge free from new mutiny” within your household. Served this with Spanish rice with black beans and cumin.
